• you're thinking of the Hovering Sombrero; this is the larval form. but, to answer your question, yes, probably. stats gained are affected by stat days and the sombrero increases stats. however, not a great deal is known about the current sombrero mechanism (if i had to guess i'd say it was the old mechanism using the new weight->effective weight calculation) since everything's changed since NS13. if you're intrigued, do some spading. good luck. --Evilkolbot 07:04, 22 October 2007 (CDT)
