Maybe Not References But Too Interesting to Just Delete With No Pity

  • The phrase "salad days" originates in the Shakespeare play Antony and Cleopatra, which contains the lines "...My salad days, / When I was green in judgment..."
    • Of course, I think that any excuse to call something a Shakespeare reference is justified, so what do I know. --Jonrock 21:46, 9 October 2006 (CDT)
    • It is indeed reference, albeit, one so dated it has lost some meaning as a reference to Shakespeare since then. Alas, but I'm still readding it. :P--Dehstil (t|c) 22:55, 9 October 2006 (CDT)
