Talk:Feynman gate

From TheKolWiki

According to a post on the forums, future Crimbo was accidentally open for a couple of minutes: http://forums.kingdomofloathing.com/viewtopic.php?p=2153323#2153323 . I bet that's where this comes from. --Barstool 18:22, 4 December 2006 (CST)

Apparently there are 16 "devices". I've uploaded the rest of the images. Here are all 16:

Refs

For no particularly good reason I uploaded a diagram I found of a Feynman gate:

Could "Billiard Ball Model gates" refer to Bill Gates? Especially with the computer ref? --Andy00 23:52, 8 December 2006 (CST)

I don't think so; the phrase is used elsewhere (just check google); the word gate is just part of the terminology of the subject. --Starwed 09:38, 9 December 2006 (CST)

Another Ref? BASF used to run commercials for themselves with the tag line "At BASF, we don't make the products you know; we make the products you know better." Is this a possible reference in the line "Somehow, that makes computers work...more...better" or is it just a coincidential similarity in phrasing? -- Tanstaafl 12:10, 14 December 2006 (CST)
