Talk:Don't Wake the Baby

Problem with test requirements

I had 15 stat points higher than the n-200 and didn t passed the test. Seems more like a n-100 test to me. Akahad 01:18, 29 July 2007 (CDT)

With 298 moxie, I failed to beat a 496 pound baby. I beat it at 392 though, so it's somewhere between n-197 and n-105. --Missingno 22:05, 19 August 2007 (CDT)

N-200 is correct, but what the wiki currently fails to mention is that there is a certain level of variance in the test. Spading efforts over in the HCO forums put the variance at -3%/+6%, I believe (can't find the link right now). So with a 496-lb baby and a nominal mox requirement of 296, you may pass with as little as 287, and you may fail with as much as 313.--Hellion 22:57, 19 August 2007 (CDT)

I just failed a level 234 baby test (234^1.4 = 2074) with 2221 buffed moxie. That's a hair over 7% above the midpoint of the expected range. Could the variance be as high as 8% or more? --Greycat 14:29, 19 October 2007 (CDT)

Failed at level 333 with 3624 moxie. Expected average damage = 3400, and 3624 is 6.6% above the expected average. It's definitely not 6% on the high end. --Greycat 15:40, 30 April 2008 (CDT)

Failed at level 422 (L^1.4 = 4736) with 5101 moxie (7.7% over). -Greycat 21:18, 5 October 2008 (UTC)
