Talk:Deciphering the Door Code
From TheKolWiki
1/22/08 Removed -"http://loathingunderground.monjaro.org/door.php - MaxDemian's, the original" Seems to be a dead link going to a linkfarm now.

The text for the first guard has changed:
- The guard playing South says, "I suppose you want the combination to the other door, then? I'm getting really tired of people asking about that."

- The real trick for the door code is looking for the line "No, It's definetally higher than that"
The one that says that line says truth and false
The lower number in the set is the one telling the truth
The Higher Number is the one who always lies
and the one who says Grrragh is probably going to eat you

Make Up Your Mind
On the page as it stands now, the first section says (paraphrase) "It's not fair to assume that the guy who corrects himself is lying, since we all occasionally make such mistakes and anyway the puzzle isn't set up to cast him as always the liar" and from the first portion that he's never the flip-flopper. At least, that's what I got out of it.
But then the second section says that the self-correction is exactly what proves the guy is lying at that point, and that this is the key to the whole problem.
Please figure out which one is the correct interpretation, and then remove the false information from the page. Thank you. Kilyle 17:40, 23 November 2007 (CST)
