I tried combining with a toy space helmet, just in case it's the advanced helmet it needs to be attached to. No luck. Probably will have effectiveness on the last day, like the other one-shot items per day--Bigboy2 17:36, 16 December 2007 (CST)

I believe that once you get all twelve of the item one for each part if the song you can combine the or something to a familiar or something like that--[thejabber27]
