Talk:Calavera concertina

From TheKolWiki

Here's a thought: can this be used to cast Accordion Thief buffs? - The Wrassedragon 12:55, 10 January 2007 (CST)

And how many rounds of a buff does it give? --Starwed 12:58, 10 January 2007 (CST)
And can it be used to get through the NS lair? ----Shide
no, it can't. it was the only accordion i had in my inventory, and it claimed i had nothing to give the mariachi. ----Rufusina 09:27, 19 March 2007 (CDT)
I tested it, gave me 7 rounds per cast, also, mine was stolen from the Mariachi calavera. --Zourath 15:44, 10 January 2007 (CST)

I can't confirm this as of yet, but I'm willing to bet that it's a steal item from a monster South of The Border, probably the Mariachi calavera. --LegendaryBard 14:44, 10 January 2007 (CST)

Confirmed not to be the steal from the Mariachi calavera. You deftly slip your fingers into your opponent's pocket and grab something. You acquire an item: bottle of tequila NVM, ignore that whole thing, forgot that you could get different items

err, you can get different items from the same monster while stealing, you have confirmed nothing.--Kewangji 15:11, 10 January 2007 (CST)

This seems more likely to be a reference to the calavera in general, since there isn't really anything else in the description or item pic pointing to Grim Fandango specifically. --Idran 19:25, 10 January 2007 (CST)

Should the note about not being usable for the Stone Mariachis be moved to the "Notes" section, rather than being awkwardly stapled onto the end of one of the references?--Al Khowarizmi 23:11, 30 July 2007 (CDT)

Since I don't think it's even true, I just removed it. --Jonrock 03:00, 31 July 2007 (CDT)
Was that a good idea? Look up a couple of inches on this page...--Al Khowarizmi 17:08, 31 July 2007 (CDT)
