Talk:Burning Ears

From TheKolWiki

I think that this effect gives increased damage if the next spell cast is a hot spell. Still poking at it. ~Lillith

  • Yep, BSD. w/out this effect, had exactly +25 spell damage, so wave didn't give me Burning Soul. I got this effect, and then did a wave, and it gave burning soul. hence, BSD. In addition, it's not a percentage increase, or I would get more damage (because percentage increases bypass the cap). I didn't get more damage, so it isn't a percentage increase.--CG1|user.gif|file_icon.gif|mail_icon.gif 18:33, 25 September 2007 (CDT)
If it's anything like Burning Soul or Hand, it'll restore some MP.--Toffile 07:45, 5 July 2007 (CDT)
can't see any damage increase
Haven't seen any damage increase, but I haven't been watching closely. I do some spading on it. It definitely isn't an MP restore. Also, please sign your posts.--TechSmurf 11:51, 9 July 2007 (CDT)

If this really is the dual to Frozen Shoulders, and that guy was right, this probably gives Cold Resistance. Could someone try that out? --Akatosh 06:27, 22 July 2007 (CDT)

Yeah, I just tested it. Just get the effect in combat then use a tattered scrap to escape and examine your character sheet for elemental resistance. --Prestige 23:45, 23 July 2007 (CDT)
