I recently obtained 2 black snowcones in 3 days. This happened right after I ascended HCO SC. Big coincidence, or does ascending reset some form of "counter" that lowers the chance of getting black snowcones? --Adam 11:25, 6 May 2006 (CDT)

I think that the summon rate for Black Snowcones is about 5%. I have gotten 6 snowcones over the course of 132 days of summoning.--Tcjellis 21:01, 6 August 2006 (CDT)
