Does the fairy (and fairy-like other things) have an effect when it's under 20 pounds? Might slightly nerf things that act as a fraction of a fairy--the wizard doll, if I remember, is a fairy at 1/3 or 2/3 weight. Qaianna 14:22, 3 October 2007 (CDT)
- I'm pretty sure that the fairy is 2.5%/lb up to 20 lbs and after 20 lbs it is 1.67%/lb. Is this correct? --CheezyBob 14:31, 3 October 2007 (CDT)
- I think what it is is that the Fairy (like the Leprechaun and Volleyball post NS13) starts off fairly powerful (something like 5% at one pound), and slowly diminishes in % per pound, giving exactly 50% total at 20 pounds. So thus it AVERAGES 2.5% per pound till 20 pounds, but does not give exactly that per pound (probably a little more until about 10 pounds, and a little less till 20). --Wildfire393 15:59, 3 October 2007 (CDT)
- No one knows what the fairy does below 20 pounds. There's some spading on the AFH site, but it's been much more tiresome to spade below 20 pounds than it was to spade above 20 pounds (and even that wasn't all that easy). For now, we have exact numbers for above 20 pounds and the vague idea that item drops are raised below. - Some spading was done. 17 pounds is around 44%, 18 pounds is around 46-47%. These values are only based on ~250 turns of spading each, so the results were not published anywhere but on our clan forums.--QuantumNightmare 20:06, 26 January 2008 (CST)

- I doubt the installed extensions would allow for that. You're probably better off having an offline spreadsheet (or Google doc) of commonly calculated functions anyway, instead of navigating to this page every time you want to crunch a number. --Bagatelle 19:34, 11 July 2008 (CDT)
