This is a quantum technological leap ahead of normal cotton stuffing. It replicates with 100% accuracy the texture, weight, and function of cotton stuffing, but it's completely synthetic. Instead of exploiting limited resources like cotton, it's made completely out of processed fossil fuel. And it costs twice as much, of course, but that's progress!
