Sweatin' Like a Vet'ran

The cruel sun beats down upon you mercilessly as you trudge across the Arid, Extra-Dry Desert, panting. Not with thirst -- you're doing okay in that regard -- but with the unbearable heat. Eventually, in an attempt to alleviate it somewhat, you take off your shirt (let's assume you happen to be wearing one) and tie it around your neck as a makeshift cape, exposing your sweating torso (let's assume you happen to be aware of it) to the open air.

The reek of sweat almost knocks you over. How long has it been since you had a shower, anyway? Eventually, though, you get accustomed to it and start working on your skin cancer. I mean, tan.
