Man, this is some stinky wine. You'd have to pair it with a cheese that had a fruity, eloquent bouquet to make things balance out. Anyway, most gourmands prize 'nauseating' as a sign of something fit for a refined palate, so this would be right up their alley. You're not quite convinced it's up yours, though.
