This is not a spiky high-heeled shoe made of stars. Rather, it is a small dagger or knife. Made of stars. Either one could be used for stabbing, but I don't recommend wearing this on your foot.
Also, don't call it a main-gauche. That's just so... tacky.

- You may not use this weapon to complete the star cage portion of the Naughty Sorceress quest. Attempting to do so yields the message "A few dents appear on the cage. If only you had something more substantial..."

- A main-gauche (from the French for "left hand") is an off-hand dagger used in fencing.
- The word gauche also means tactless or socially inept.
