Stairs Up

Stairs Up are located in Spookyraven Manor.

• On first visit (before you have found the secret stairs):

You start to ascend the staircase, but only get about halfway up before the stairs collapse, depositing you in a crumpled heap on the floor. Who left that crumpled heap there?

You lose 3-4 hit points.

• Once the secret stairs have been found there is no message; the Stairs Up will simply take you to the Spookyraven Manor, Second Floor.

Notes

• If breaking the stairs takes you down to 0 HP, you will be beaten up for 4 turns.
• Attempting to climb the stairs before you have found the secret stairs will cause the stairs to break and the Stairs Up location to be replaced with Broken Stairs.
• Once you circumvent the broken stairs by finding the secret stairs, you are then granted access to Spookyraven Manor, Second Floor.
• To find the secret stairs, click the third book from the left on the top shelf of the bookcase during the Take a Look, it's in a Book! adventure in The Haunted Library.
