This is a clown from a circus where all of the elephants are pink. His eyes are bloodshot, he moves in more of a stagger than a swagger, and his breath... Oh, man. His breath.

The clown grabs a nearby toilet and slams your head in the lid. Yech. Ooh! Ow! (sleaze damage)

The clown whistles and snaps his fingers. Out of nowhere, four more shaky clowns emerge from behind a nearby tree (how did they all fit back there?) and proceed to beat you senseless. Eek! Argh! (sleaze damage)

The first line of the monster's description alludes to the stereotypical Delirium tremens hallucination of seeing pink elephants, as made famous by the song "Pink Elephants on Parade" from the Disney movie Dumbo.
