A tiny little car drives up and 37 other clowns all pile out in a row. They surround you and chuckle evilly, then jump into the car and vanish. You die a little inside. Ouch! Ooh! (spooky damage)

- In the attacks messages, "acid inhaler" and "thrust your fists against the posts" are taken from the Stephen King's novel and movie It, as is the reference to "you start stuttering again like you did when you were a kid" . The creature It appears as Pennywise, an evil clown.
- The basement messages refer to serial killer John Wayne Gacy, who dressed in a clown costume and kept the bodies of his victims in a crawl space below his house.
- Combined with the references to being friends with the clown, they may also refer to an episode of Animaniacs where Dr. Scratchansnif tries to cure Mr. Plotz (and later Wakko) of "clownophobia" with the mantra "A clown is my friend. A clown will not bite me and throw me in the basement."
- The "fatty, salty food" message refers to McDonald's fast food restaurants and Ronald McDonald.
- It also may refer to the fact that at amusement parks, and other events, most food is heavily salted and deep-fried.
