Rodoric, the Staffcrafter is located in The League of Chef-Magi. He will craft Chefstaves for you.

"Hello, young Chef-Mage! I am Rodoric, the staff staffcrafter of the League. You may think of staves as clumsy, brutish weapons, good for little more than smacking things upside the head, like some sort of clumsy brute. But a staff can be so much more than just a big stick -- why, I can make it into a Chefstaff -- a Chef-Mage's most powerful ally next to magic itself! I'll tell you what. You show me a staff, and I'll tell you what I can do with it."

• Without any craftable staves in inventory:

Unfortunately, you don't have any staves with which Rodoric can make anything.

• When a craftable staff is selected:

"Ah, a <staff>. Yes. I can turn this into the following Chefstaff:

• After giving Rodoric all the items he needs:

After a satisfying meal and a refreshing beverage, Rodoric sets about the task of making your Chefstaff.

It takes him hours, but when he's finished, the staff he presents you with is truly a thing of beauty.

• Trying to make a chefstaff from a staff you don't have:

Feeling pretty sneaky, eh? Rodoric doesn't fall for your staff-not-having ways! He whips out his staff (bigger than yours) and beats you (not very) soundly.

Notes

• To wield a Chefstaff, you need to either have Spirit of Rigatoni or be a Sauceror wearing a special sauce glove.
• You may not equip a Chefstaff in your off-hand, even if you have the Double-Fisted Skull Smashing skill.
• A Disembodied Hand cannot equip a Chefstaff.
