You somewhat more forcefully decline, send him on his way, and enjoy the rest of your day.
On the third day of your vacation, you're relaxing on the beach, when your daydreams are suddenly interrupted by a guy carrying a big wooden case.
"Hello," he says, "would you like to buy some carved driftwood animals?"
You scream at the man that you don't want any, he runs off, and you enjoy the rest of your day.
On the fourth day of your vacation, you're relaxing on the beach, when your daydreams are suddenly interrupted by a guy carrying a big wooden case.
"Hello," he says, "would you like to buy some carved driftwood animals?"
You beat the man unconscious with one of his own statues, and make off with the whole case.
