- Drinking Dyspepsi-Cola or Cloaca-Cola will cause your stomach to explode in a not-fun manner. You lose 20-28 HP, and gain Beaten Up for 10 Adventures.
- Drinking any of the Cloaca Cola varieties bought from The White Citadel will not give such an effect -- after all, they are mostly ice.

- The above effect is a reference to the old urban legend that eating Pop Rocks candy and then drinking soda would make your stomach burst.
