This is a cute little puppy wearing a cute little sequined jumpsuit, with a cute little pompadour wig on its cute little head. If it were any cuter, you'd have to throw it off a bridge on sheer principle. Pompadour'd puppies are known primarily for crying all the time and failing to catch rabbits, but they're pretty useful once they're all grown up (uh-huh).
