This is a hook like the ones used by pirates who are missing hands. Not, like, hired hands, but actual hands.
Wearing this will make you quite a hooker!

- On the July 17, 2008 radio show, Jick stated that this item was given to players who had used any of six to eight pirate-themed words in chat, including "Arr", "Matey", and "Ahoy".
