pig-iron helm
The Pork Elves used ancient metallurgical techniques to create the metal known as pig-iron, which combines the strength of steel, the brilliance of silver, and the fragrance of lard. They used this metal to make elaborate and elegant filigree armor, which, although it's pretty fruity-looking, is actually quite durable and protective. This helmet, for example, looks like it was made out of soldered-together beauty pageant tiaras, but you could probably headbutt a wall safely while wearing it. Not that I recommend you try it.
