Not So Much With the Corncob Pipes, Either.
As you approach the Lair of the Ninja Snowmen, you notice some scratches on one of the posts of the temple gate. Looking closer, they appear to be hobo glyphs. You flip open your binder and set to work trying to translate them.
Two squiggly lines, three stacked circles, a rectangle with a line under it, some more lines... after a few minutes of squinting, you think it means something like "These guys will give work for food, but all they have is rice. Don't make jokes about magic top-hats."
Huh. You add some notes to the collection in your binder.
