- The artwork of this item is based on the picture of the main character in Baby Pac-Man. The baby first appeared in Ms. Pac-Man as the offspring of Pac-Man and Ms. Pac-Man (who bears an uncanny resemblance to Ms. Accessory). The bonus items in the related game Jr. Pac-Man were toys instead of the fruit used in earlier titles.
