- Can be traded in at Mr. Store for various other items, even from Hagnk's Ancestral Mini-Storage during Hardcore.
- Having this in your inventory at rollover will permanently protect your account from being deleted due to inactivity; items bought from Mr. Store have this property as well.
- When this item is equipped, the following message is added to your profile:

- Werebear has this text in his profile when this item is equipped:
- "Werebear is the proud bear of a Mr. Accessory"
- Similiarly, Bashy has this text "Bashy am proud bearer of Mr. Accessory", in accordance with his characteristic writing style.
- Depending on the value of the American dollar to the value of the Canadian dollar the prices of Mr. Accessory will vary between being priced above or below Mr. Eh?.
- The Mr. Accessory along with all of the other "Mr." items are based off of the movie Spaceballs in which the machines all had a "Mr." in front of its name as in "Mr. Coffee" and "Mr. Computer".
