This appears to be some sort of haunch of digital meat, designed for use as bait for monsters.

- "Expert Baiter" is a synonym for "Master Baiter."
- Also refers to an audience participation response at the Rocky Horror Picture Show: "Leave him alone, he's monster baiting!" or "Rocky! Show us how you monster bait!"
- This also could be a reference from "Dragon Quest" Where you throw the hunks of meat (Same picture) at the wild monsters to tame them.
