 You're fighting A Mob Penguin SmasherThis is a penguin thug who has shifted his focus from smashing kneecaps to smashing chunks of ore off of meteors. Or at least that's what he was focused on until recently.
For the moment, it seems his focus has shifted back.

He starts to bash you with a pick axe, but remembers "the right tool for the right job" and switches to his kneecapping stick first. Argh! Ouch! Ugh! Argh! Ouch! Oof!
He gives you a little tour of his designated work area, bouncing your head off of all manner of interesting landscape. Ouch! Argh! Ooh! Oof! Eek! Eek!
He picks up a chunk of depleted Grimacite and bats it at you. It hits you in the <giblets>, and it's really heavy! The chunk, not your <giblets>. Argh! Eek! Argh! Ooh! Argh! Eek!
