When Used

Miniborg strangler
	You flip the switch on the back of the Miniborg strangler. It's too small to really effectively strangle your opponent, but it gives it the old Miniborg College try. Your opponent rubs his neck, looking kind of irritated.

Notes

Obtained first on December 22nd, 2007.
Item is not consumed when it is used. However, when used against the Bonerdagon or the Naughty Sorceress, the item can be stolen.
In combat, delevels your opponent 3-5 levels.

References

The suggestion of choking "a duck, or a turkey, or something" likely alludes to the euphemism "choking the chicken."
The use message is a reference to the phrase "give it the college try."
