Quicklinks
The quicklinks are a series of one line blurbs meant to draw attention to various areas of the wiki. The active quicklinks should be changed every so often. I've organized the initial ones alphabetically, although there is no reason not to simply order them as they are created. To switch the active quicklinks, simply comment (<!-- and -->) out the current quicklinks and remove the comment tags on those you wish to display. Five or so should be active at any given time. Feel free to add more quicklinks or to modify existing ones. The more there are, the better the front page will be. We are trying to implement a random selection process for these quicklinks, which will greatly reduce the upkeep of this section. However, new, better written quicklinks are always needed.
The basic template consists merely of old announcements from the KoL home [www.kingdomofloathing.com page]. Other items that are appropriate to put on there could include historical items not related to the development of the game (For instance, Black Sunday or when each trophy/ultra rare was discovered).
