• With a mystical bookshelf without a Libram of Divine Favors on it:

You place the Libram carefully on the bookshelf in your campsite.

• With a Libram of Divine Favors already on the mystical bookshelf:

You've already got a copy of that Libram on your bookshelf.

• January 2008's item of the month from Mr. Store. Its in-store description:

  Allows the summoning of party favors to make your celebratin', drinkin', and fightin' more favorable.

• Allows you to Summon Party Favors.
• Unlike Mr. Store familiar hatchlings, this item can be placed in one's bookshelf while in Bad Moon, though it is not possible to cast the spell it grants.
