Knob Goblin nasal spray
This is a little one-dose bottle of nasal spray developed by the Knob Goblin mad scientists. They didn't really have any need for nasal spray, but they figured, since they'd already made drugs that you swallow, inject, and drip into your eyes, they might as well make one you squirt up your nose, too. Just be glad it's not a suppository.
It will temporarily improve your sense of smell, but at the expense of your other senses. Plus, they make your sinuses burn uncomfortably, and that's always a little distracting.
