Nobody has it easy, working in a hotel where everything is made of ice, but as the most front-facing employee, the desk clerk takes the brunt of customer ire, and also has to deal with all her pens freezing solid.
"Here's your key," she says, pushing it into your eye. Ugh! Oof! Ooh!
She gives you the guest register to fill out; when you ask to borrow her pen, she stabs you in the neck with it. Eek! Ooh! Oof!
She instructs a porter to take your bags and kick you in the <thigh>. Eek! Oof! Ugh!
"Front!" she calls, ringing the bell on the counter by repeatedly slamming your head into it. (CRITICAL HIT!) Ugh! Ouch! Ow!
She tries to stab you with a room key, but since their transition to plastic RFID cards, it's not a very effective attack.
She tries to stab you with a pen, but despite common folk wisdom it's not actually as mighty as a sword.
She tries to get one of the porters to attack you, but he seems hesitant to do anything that would hurt his chance of getting a tip.
She tries to strangle you, but the check-in desk gets in her way. (FUMBLE!)
