This is a small tin of henna face paint, used by the Army of One Love™ to paint patterns on their faces. Nobody's sure why they do it -- it doesn't make them look particularly menacing, it doesn't help keep the sun out of their eyes, and it's not particularly good as camouflage. Maybe they like the smell.
