This is a balloon shaped like a heart. Y'know, a <3 heart, not an anatomically correct heart. That'd be a slightly creepy way to say, "I love you," but a perfectly acceptable way to say, "make sure to exercise and eat right." And a great way to say "forever in debt to your priceless advice." But, since this is a valentine-type heart, that's not really an issue.
