Notes

According to Jick this item can no longer be made, and the hamethyst bracelets will be "reclaimed" come NS13. Based on Riff's statements, "reclaimed" could either mean that the item will return, or the item ID will be reclaimed for a new item. In the case of the latter, existing hamethyst bracelets would turn into the new item.
After NS13 rolled out, the hamethyst bracelet wasn't reclaimed and still exists in the kingdom.
The hamethyst earring now has the effects that the hamethyst bracelet used to have.
