Finding Neverevereverland
In one of the many caverns within the spooky barrow, you encounter an androgynous-looking goth kid. He's got the standard goth-kid outfit, but all in shades of green -- green cap, green bondage pants, green leather vest. He also has a small green light circling around his head and occasionally landing on his shoulder. You notice he looks sad, even sadder than a goth kid normally looks.
"What's the matter, kid?" You ask him.
"I've lost my shadow." He says. "Now what can I use as a metaphor for the dark nature that lies within all of us?"
You cast a spell to summon a torch between you and the goth kid. "Look behind you -- there it is!"
"Aw, thanks! Say, do you want to learn how to fly?"
"I don't think I can do it. Every time I throw myself at the ground, I always hit it spot-on."
"No, no. It's easy." The goth kid grabs the green light that's been zipping around his head and shakes it over you. "There's some pixie dust. Now, just think depressing thoughts and off you go!"
You soar around the cavern for a while, looking much cooler than a bird or a plane. As the dust wears off, you slowly descend. You feel like you've just done a hundred push-ups -- apparently flying is good exercise, too.
Occurs at The Spooky Gravy Barrow.

- "The Guide says that there is an art to flying," said Ford, "or rather a knack. The knack lies in learning how to throw yourself at the ground and miss."
- The comparison to "a bird or a plane" is a reference to the comic book superhero Superman, and specifically to the famous opening from the 1950s television series Adventures of Superman: "Look! Up in the sky! It's a bird! It's a plane! It's Superman!"
- "Look behind you -- there it is!" is a reference to the British tradition of Pantomime, which sometimes includes a Peter Pan character and in which the line "Look behind you!" frequently appears.
