This is a shirt of the sort favored by filthy hippies. We're using the word "shirt" pretty loosely here -- in reality, this is sort of like a towel folded in half, with a hole in it for your head. Only hippies hate anything having to do with taking a shower, so they don't refer to it as a towel.
