Notes
- There is no familiar number 13 because of Jick's dislike for the number.
- On the March 26th, 2007, Mr. Skullhead radio show, Mr. Skullhead indicated that there would be no familiar 59 or 64, as the database was advanced by accident. After the NS13 changes, familiar number 59 came into existence.
- The correct familiar numbers for familiars 125 to 133 were determined from a (now fixed) game bug. The bug also revealed that the game internally refers to the Vampire Bird as the "Vampire Bat". The familiar messages make explicit references to a beak, so this appears to be a typo, or a holdover from a prior implementation during testing. It is unknown, and likely cannot be determined, if this has also been fixed.
