This is a twelve-pointed star in a circle. Or you could choose to interpret it as 2 6-pointed stars. Or 4 3-pointed stars (which I guess would technically just be triangles.)

Notes
- This item is needed to complete the Deep Fat Friars' Gate Quest.
- Strictly speaking, the dodecagram only refers to the star polygon with twelve points which joins every fifth point (written 12/5). The star figure referred to in the description (12/4) has no common name.
