- In the UK, there was a line of products in 1997 entitled Wacky Veg, manufactured and sold by supermarket chain Iceland. It featured such bizarre concoctions as chocolate-flavoured carrots and pizza-flavoured sweetcorn. It failed spectacularly, leaving a nation of people bewildered as to what happened in that marketing boardroom on that day.
