Your ears are burning. Not because somebody is talking about you somewhere, but because they are literally being consumed by flame.

Obtained From
- Casting a hot Saucestorm spell with sufficient additional spell damage to exceed the damage cap (1 Adventure).

- One's ears are said to "burn" when one is spoken of while absent.
