Well, I guess I wouldn't go so far as to call it "fashionable." But at least it's functional! You really can open bottles with it, so long as you don't mind running the risk of smashing the butt end of the bottle into your crotch, and you're not worried about having a sharp piece of metal jutting out of your waistband.
I wouldn't do any slow-dancing with this thing on, were I you.
