This is a little blue plastic baby -- sort of an inaction figure, as it were. It kind of looks like a baby Morlock, only cuter.
Public service announcement: if an actual baby turns this color, do one of the following: 1. Make sure it's properly dressed for cold weather, 2. Contact a medical professional, or 3. Stop adding tidy-bowl to the bathwater.
Also, make sure the baby is removed from the bathwater before throwing out the bathwater, or you'll risk incurring a metaphor.
