This is a bottle of eyedrops, specially formulated to keep you from seeing anything that may upset or disturb you.
Yes, I know it just looks like a bottle of india ink, but seriously, it's eyedrops. With all the eyedrops we've got in this game, you can rest assured that we know the difference.

Notes
- There are indeed a lot of eyedrops in the game -- at least 5 other types at the time this item was implemented.
