Bind Spaghetti Elemental
Bind Spaghetti ElementalType: Noncombat
MP Cost: 150
Your research into ancient cult rituals has taught you how to bind a spaghetti elemental to your service.
Summons a Spaghetti Elemental thrall
|Source:||Decoded cult documents|
|Effect:||Summons a Spaghetti Elemental thrall. A thrall acts like a second familiar in combat.|
- When bound for the first time:
You recite the incantations you learned from the decoded cult documents, reaching out across dimensions with your mind and pulling back a small lump of material from the Elemental Plane of Spaghetti. It writhes and twists in the air, a noodly sphere about the size of a cantaloupe. It's a very young specimen and not particularly impressive, but once it's powered up a little it might be convincing enough to fool one of these minor cultists.
It hovers next to your shoulder, and attempts to communicate telepathically with you. Since it's so inexperienced, the message comes across as "?".
"I guess you need a name, huh?" you reply. "I'll call you... um... <name>. That'll do."
"We're going to beat up on some evil cultists. Okay?"
"It's a long story."
- Subsequent binding:
You close your eyes and reach out across the border between worlds, to the Elemental Plane of Spaghetti. Soon you feel a familiar presence, and pull <name> into the material world.
- Attempting to summon as any class besides Pastamancer:
Oh, no no no. You wouldn't know how to control that thing.
- Has no effect if you attempt to bind as a non-Pastamancer. You will still spend the MP.
