This is a "jewel" made of a jagged piece of broken glass that got slowly smoothed by the gentle caress of the tide into its current "attractive" shape. I'm sure it's all very symbolic of the power of Gaia to slowly but surely reclaim the planet. Either that or it's symbolic of the fact that the hippies don't know from quality.
