Babycakes
From TheKolWiki
 babycakes
Sadly, the name "babycakes" is a little misleading. They're not made of babies (in which case they'd taste of chicken), but these tiny cakes are the perfect way to congratulate someone on having a baby. Or being a big baby. Or when I need you, baby, being never there.

References
- The item description refers to a lyric from "Never There" by Cake: "But when I need you, baby / You're never there."
- The item description also refers to a portion of an Eddie Izzard joke from his Dress To Kill performance: "Hi! I'm Crazy Eddie! I put babies on spikes. Do you want a rack of babies? We've got babies on racks! Mmm, they taste of chicken! They do! Babies taste of chicken! Cannibals say that human flesh tastes of chicken, so babies must taste of chicken. And chicken tastes of humans. (nervous laughter from audience) Good, I'm glad you're coming with me on that."
- The message given when eaten is a reference to a piece by Neil Gaiman called Babycakes, from his 1993 collection of short stories, Angels and Visitations (also available on his CD Warning: Contains Language), in which all the animals were gone, so humans were forced to eat babies. Babycakes begins, "A few years back all the animals went away. We woke up one morning, and they just weren't there anymore."
- Could also be a reference to the internet cartoon character Babycakes from superdeluxe.com who acts/looks like a big baby
