This is a bottle of that bright blue, curious-smelling liquid that janitors everywhere use to clean everything from eyeglasses to toxic waste spills. Nobody knows what's in it, or what effect its fumes might have on your sensitive brain cells.

Notes
- Removes one negative status effect, including Goofball Withdrawal, when used. The effect is chosen at random.
- Soul-Crushing Headache, although a negative effect, will not cure itself - you can't replace a big headache with a smaller one.
