This piece of paper appears to have been torn off of a longer strip, like a scrap of ticker-tape leftover from a ticker-tape parade. You know, what with stock tickers and hole punchers and paper shredders, I wonder if parades were just invented as an excuse to empty the office trashcans.
Anyway, part of a note appears to be written on it.
